I had the prestigious honor of being selected as the cinematographer and visual architect for 46 Deep Sea—a $65 million Mediterranean-style masterpiece in Newport Coast’s Crystal Cove community. This extraordinary 6-bedroom, 8 full/2 half-bath estate features a 78-foot triangular infinity pool, sweeping ocean and coastline views, and a fully self-sustaining, ultra-smart design. Capturing the spirit and grandeur of a residence valued at this level—with a rental fee of $185,000 per month and a $350,000 deposit—demanded a photography and cinematography approach as refined as the property itself. Working alongside esteemed real estate agent Garrett Weston, I designed and executed the film’s visual language in a single-day shoot, crafting an immersive visual experience worthy of this rare estate.
